Gak, round 15000

Is ella's broken arm the saddest thing you have ever seen?? Oh my gosh.  That part where she tells al not to hold her hand because it kind of hurts still even though she had been at school all day breaks my heart! Thankfully that cast is so the new fashion statement and she looks amazing!

In honor of ella and Sassy dying to be just like her and have blue gak and "put it on the table and then sit on the table like ella"we have been playing with gak this week.

Now, I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer.  We can say that with full confidence. And I don't follow directions well.  We know that, too.  But with the gak, I had Allison's instructions and, for each time I tried it, two smart people with me who love instructions and directions.
Unfortunately, it still took us like 4 times and three trips to walgreens to get glue and two trips to the grocery store to get borax.

Ugh.  Luckily, even though the instructions are easy, we had to kind of do our own thing and shake the glue and water up so that it was an even consistency.  (Jeff thought of that, of course).
Since we perfected it, we have not stopped playing with it.  I think I am going to retire.  I really don't have to do anything but bring out gak and eat bon bons on the couch while watching soaps  reality shows.




Then, sassy said, "Take a picture of me and gracie" and that lasted a while.

At first, Gracie was feeling a little shy...


and at one point tried to walk out of the modeling sesh.

Until we let her do serious.
Then she came alive.
Love these two little models.
