7 years

Kristen found this fantastic shirt for me last year and I have been waiting all year to wear it on this day. Who would have known that I might have needed it in a couple sizes bigger. Oh well, I will just have to save it for next November 10th.

I would like to add a disclaimer- I find humor in this shirt and in no way am I wearing it to be offensive to anyone involved in the accident with me. It's been 7 years now and I'm just trying to continue the healing process by adding a little laugh to November 10th for a change:)

im so thankful for you in my life. i am kinda choked up this morning thinking 7 years ago and how much has changed. thanks for being such an amazing friend, mom, wife and crafter that never stops making me laugh, inspiring me to be better and teaching me how to love, forgive and find laughter in almost anything. thank you for teaching everyone around you that when life gets hard, you NEVER complain, you always had a smile on your face, even when you havent gotten off the couch in months. i think that without you, i would not be the person i am today. thank you for handling everything in your life with such grace. and glad you like the shirt!!

I don't even know you, but I think about your story often (like when I'm crossing a street!) and how horrific that must have been for you and your family. So glad that you came out on the other side in one piece, and even with a sense of humor about it. :)
