so much fun

it started with fri (that jeff and i could not quite get to because of travel time) and the orange balloon to make sure we could all find each other...

we ran into kate and jojo and they hung out with us for a few shows. so fantastic to see them!!! we gotta do it every year.

this was our balloon for sat (since the orange balloon popped on fri). it was just a trash bag (get it, white trash???!!?)

then the rain really started coming down and it pretty much poured the rest of the day. we even ate standing up, our food getting soaked, in our ponchos, as fast as we could. hilarious but so fun.

the mud was unreal!

our last show was ghostland observatory and they were awesome!! we had so much fun with everybody and can't wait for next year. thanks linds for letting us stay with you and for everything!!! love you guys so much.

Today is Bob's birthday and all I can say is...WHATTA MAN! I truly married the best man in the world! Bob lives life to the fullest and has such contagious spirit that just makes your life better. He works so hard at everything he does, he is going to make an amazing doctor someday soon. He can put a smile on anyone's face which then turns into a little laugh after he says something funny. No one has ever made me laugh so hard and be so happy. I love you Bob. Thank you for being the man that you are. Me and Ella are very blessed. Happy Birthday!

the grandaddy of west texas fairs...

or so its called here in lubbock, tx...here are some random pics, not in any particular order, of our super fun trip to the fair with jeff's parents (who are sooooo wonderful).

it was so fun to see all the animals...

ben was kinda in shock and aves was scared of the bunny rabbits.

the llama loved posing for the camera and aves loved the goat.

jeff wore his fab shirt from lindsey (that she gave all the cousins for her christmas gift this year) that says "i love my cousins" and i think if you wear it to the county fair you send the wrong impression...(i am def NOT his cousin)

cotton candy was a huge hit!!

overall, it was so much fun. i wish we would have gotten more food ( i mean, fair food is the reason you go, right?) but other than that, it was perfect. cant wait til next year...even though we might be going to the granddaddy of EAST texas fairs then.
