Pizza & Prayers

I threw together this pizza a while back with no thoughts of it being anything special but it ended up being fabulous! I made it again the other night.  It's pretty simple. 
I used this for the bread. Not entirely sure what it is but I love it. It was over with the pita pockets.

I used store bought Classico Tomato and Basil sauce, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, ground beef and jalapeños. Cook it on 400 for about 5 minutes or so.

It was a huge hit for the whole family.

I will leave you with a video that will melt your heart. Each night before dinner and at bedtime, we all take turns praying. McKenna's prayers are the sweetest things I have ever heard. They are so soft and quiet and she mumbles everyone's name and then says MAYMEM so loud. I could listen to it over and over. This is McKenna praying before dinner a couple of weeks ago.

    I watched this video probably 15 times;). Sweetest little thing. I love her expression when she says Maymem!
