tiny chocolate eclair

One of Kristen and I's favorite desserts to make is this chocolate eclair dessert. We first saw it on one of our all time fav blogs flythroughourwindow and have made it so many times. Last night I made it but did a little something different. We all know that I love when things are tiny so I made a mini version of the chocolate eclair.

I bought tiny tart holders with a graham cracker crust and then followed the same recipe. They turned out so cute and were the perfect size for a single serving. Which of course I then ate 2 and a half of them:)
